Returns
You’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it’s returned in its original condition.
 
To help keep our prices accessible, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
 
International Returns
For all international returns, please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on the customs declaration. This is essential to avoid unnecessary duties when the item is received back in the UK.
If customs fees are incurred due to incorrect labelling, these will be deducted from your refund. If you’re unsure how to do this, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re happy to help.
 
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an item that is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost (minus any customs charges if the parcel is not correctly declared).
 
How to Return an Item

Kindly pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for peace of mind.

For international parcels, please clearly label the package as “Returned Goods” on the customs form.
