Customs and Import Duties
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees required by their country.
For customers in the United States, import regulations have changed and shipments may now be subject to duties and taxes regardless of value. Any charges applied at the border are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, the following applies:
The item cost will be refunded once the piece has been safely returned and inspected.
The original shipping cost will be deducted.
Any return postage or customs charges incurred will also be deducted from the refund.
In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply.

Delivery
UK delivery is free on orders over £150. Orders under this amount are charged a flat rate of £5.
International delivery is free on orders over £195. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat rate of £15.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked:
UK orders typically arrive within 2 working days.
International orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on customs clearance.
An express international courier option via DHL is available for a flat rate of £30. Estimated delivery is 1 to 5 working days, subject to customs processing. A telephone number is required for courier delivery.
All orders are dispatched within three working days.
All website orders are fully insured to their sale value, either through the courier or via an independent insurance provider.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Failure to Accept Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal, or non-acceptance, the following applies:
The item cost will be refunded once the parcel is returned in its original condition.
The original shipping fee will be deducted.
Any return-to-sender charges billed to us by the courier will also be deducted.
If you would like the item re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
