CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
AMERICAN BUYERS PLEASE NOTE - In the United States, the "de minimis" rule refers to a customs exemption where shipments valued below a certain threshold are not subject to duties or taxes. This threshold had been $800, but it ended on August 29, 2025. After this date, all imported goods, regardless of value, will be subject to applicable duties and taxes. Please note it is YOUR responsibility to pay these duties when your item arrives at the border.
Please note that all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees required by their country.
If an item is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees, the following will apply:

The original item cost will be refunded once the item is safely returned and inspected.

The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Any return postage or customs charges incurred by us during the return process will also be deducted.

In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply.

UK delivery is free on all orders over £150. A flat fee of £5.00 applies to orders under this threshold.
International delivery is free on orders over £195. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of £15.00 will apply.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked:
– UK orders typically arrive within 2 working days
– International orders within 5–10 business days, depending on customs clearance times
An express international courier upgrade via DHL is available for a flat rate of £30, regardless of order value.

All orders are dispatched within three working days to ensure timely delivery.
All shipments are fully insured, either through the courier or by an independent insurance provider, for your peace of mind.
RETURNS DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
If a PARCEL IS RETURNED due to an incorrect address, or because it was not collected, signed for, or accepted, the following policy applies;

the item cost will be refunded once the parcel is returned to us in its original condition

the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund

any return to sender charges billed to us by the courier will also be deducted
