Vintage 9 carat gold Unoaerre chain, hallmarked in Sheffield in 1992. Unoaerre are renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship, and this chain has that unmistakable Italian gold glow.
 
Weighing 15.9 grams and measuring 24 inches, it is a double fetter (trombone) link style, punctuated with alternate gold scrolled beads that add texture and movement. The beads measure 4.87 mm and the fetter links are 2.10 mm. One bead is missing between two of the fetter links, positioned closer to the clasp end rather than in the drape. — but with so much visual interest in the design, it’s never going to be noticeable. The chain is in excellent condition throughout.
 
Bold enough to stand alone yet perfect in a neck stack, it brings both structure and shine — a standout piece from one of the great names in goldwork.
